چکیده
The adoption of the ultrafast heating (UFH) process has gained much attention in last few years, as green energy and minimization CO2 emissions are main aspects contemporary metal science thermal treatment. effect treatment on carbon steels, non-oriented grain (NGO) electrical ferriticor austenitic stainless steels is reported this review. study highlights ultrarapid annealing microstructure textural evolution relation to microstructural constituents, recrystallization temperatures, its mechanical properties. A strong influence UFH was size, promoting a refinement terms both prior austenite ferrite size. Such an more evident medium–low NGO than that ferritic/austenitic steels. comparison between conventional shows slight microstructure. On other hand, increase uniform elongation due UFH. Textural analysis occurrence Goss component (which promotes magnetic properties), opposite with g-fiber. recovery step during plays important role determining features; areas higher content most suitable for nucleation component. As expected, slow promoted equiaxed grains, whereas rapid microstructures elongated grains result cold deformation.

In this paper, a 0.2 C–1.6 Mn–1.5 Si wt. % TRIP-aided cold-rolled steel sheet was fabricated and the optimal heat treatment conditions (Intercritical Annealing “IA” and Bainitic Isothermal Transformation “BIT”) were investigated to maximize the volume fraction and stability of the retained austenite. The effects of temperature on IA (770, 790 and 810 ºC) and BIT (330, 350 and 370 <su...

متن کاملEffect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure, Magnetic and Mechanical Properties of HSLA-100
In this study, the effects of various heat treatments on microstructure, mechanical and magnetic properties of HSLA-100 steel were evaluated. The heat treatments consisted of austenitizing at 900°C for 60 minutes, then quenching by different cooling rates via furnace, air, oil and water; and quenched specimens were aged at 600°C for one hour. Optical and field emission scanning electron m...
